Bryndzové halušky

Bryndzové halušky ( German: Brimsennocken, another translation spaetzle with sheep cheese ) is the national dish of Slovakia. The cam ( halušky ) are usually made ​​from potato dough and cooked, and the service with the sheep cheese ( bryndza, a sheep cheese) and often mixed with bacon pieces. Traditionally drunk (one derived from sheep's milk drink) while eating Brimsennocken the Žinčica.

In the village Turecká in Banská Bystrica annually takes a Brimsennocken Festival, where a Brimsennocken - eating contest will be held instead.
