Buachet District

Amphoe Buachet ( Thai: อำเภอ บัว เชด ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the southeastern province of Surin. The Surin province is located in the northeast region of Thailand, the so-called Isaan.

Geography

Amphoe Buachet borders the following districts (from west clockwise): Amphoe of Sangkha in the province of Surin, on the Amphoe Phu Sing Khukhan and the Sisaket province, and the province of Oddar Meancheay of Cambodia.

History

Was Buachet on August 21, 1978 initially as a small district ( King Amphoe ) was established by the three tambon Buachet, Sadao and Charat were separated from Amphoe Sangkha. On July 27, 1984, he was promoted to Amphoe.

Management

Amphoe Buachet is divided into six subdistricts (tambon ), which are further subdivided into 67 villages ( Muban ).

There is a small town ( thesaban tambon) in the district:

  • Buachet ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล บัว เชด ), consisting of parts of the tambon Buachet.

In addition, there are six " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations) in the district.
