Bubbio
Bubbio is a municipality with 916 (as of 31 December 2012) inhabitants in the Italian province of Asti (AT ), Region Piedmont. The neighboring municipalities are Canelli, Cassinasco, Cessole, Loazzolo, Monastero Bormida and Roccaverano.

The municipality covers an area of 15 km ².
Specialty
In Bubbio vines for the Dolcetto d' Asti, a red wine are grown with DOC status. The berries of the grape varieties Pinot Noir and / or Chardonnay may be processed for sparkling wine Alta Langa. The Muscat grape for the Asti Spumante, a sweet DOCG sparkling wine with a low alcohol content and for still wine Moscato d' Asti are also grown here. From the grape variety of the sweet Brachetto Brachetto d'Acqui sparkling wine is produced. In Bubbio also vines of Barbera for the Barbera d'Asti, a DOCG red wine are grown with status.
