Bud Tingelstad

Bud Tingelstad ( born April 4, 1928 in Frazee, † June 30, 1981 in Indianapolis ) was an American race car driver.

Bud Tingelstad started once in his career in a race for the world championship of Formula 1 He launched on 30 May 1960, the 500 miles of Indianapolis on a Trevis - Offenhauser - this race was one between 1950 and 1960 for the World Cup - and reached after 200 rounds, with a gap of 8 seconds on the winner Jim Rathmann, the 9th place.
