The wooden church of Budeşti Josani was built in 1643 at the Romanian village Budeşti, Maramureş County. It was and is then considered a magnificent facility as well as today. It has a rectangular plan, with a separate polygonal apse. The wall paintings date back to the 1762. The church has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in December 1999.
