Budgie Toys

Under the name Budgie various English companies were sold in 1956 model cars. The models were similar in size and nature to those of the Matchbox Lesney models of the company. An obvious difference, however, is that the bottoms of many Budgie models were not riveted to the structure, but have been inserted with two pins per side in the structure.

The same toy manufacturers Budgie Toys emerged from the predecessor Morestone, after many models are yet to be named. The toy factory was based in London, specializing in cars, carriages and later to all types of miniature cars and trucks.
