Bueng Na Rang District
Amphoe Bueng Na Rank ( Thai: อำเภอ บึง นา ราง ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the west of the province of Phichit, which lies in the southern part of the northern region of Thailand.
Geography
Neighboring districts are (from north clockwise): Amphoe Pho Prathap Chang who, Taphan Hin and Pho Thale the province of Phichit and Nakhon Sawan Province Banphot Phisai and Bueng Samakkhi of Kamphaeng Phet province.
History
Bueng Na Rank was on 15 July 1996, first as sub-district ( King Amphoe ) was established by five tambon were split off from the circle Pho Thale. On 15 May 2007, the Thai government has decided to bring all the 81 sub-districts in the "normal" Amphoe status to simplify administration. With the publication in the Royal Gazette on August 24, 2007, this decision officially entered into force.
Management
The circle is divided into five subdistricts (tambon ), which are further subdivided into 50 villages ( Muban ).
There are also five " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations) in the district.
