Bueng Samakkhi District

Amphoe Bueng Samakkhi ( Thai: อำเภอ บึง สามัคคี, German: " Harmonious swamp " ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the eastern part of the province of Kamphaeng Phet. The Kamphaeng Phet province is located in the northern region of Thailand.

Geography

Amphoe Bueng Samakkhi located in the vicinity of Amphoe following ( from the south clockwise as seen ): Khanu Woralaksaburi, Khlong Khlung, Sai Thong Watthana the province of Kamphaeng Phet and Sam Ngam, Pho Prathap Chang and Bueng Na rank in the province of Phichit.

History

On April 30, 1994 Bueng Samakkhi first as a sub-district ( King Amphoe ) was established by the Tambon Wahan, Wang Cha -on and Bueng Samakkhi were separated from Amphoe Khanu Woralaksaburi. The government chose this name to remember the unity of the people of this Amphoe.

The Thai government had decided on 15 May 2007, all 81 King Amphoe to rise in the simple Amphoe status to unify the administration. With the publication in the Royal Gazette " Issue 124 chapter 46" of 24 August 2007, this decision officially entered into force.

Management

Amphoe Bueng Samakkhi consists of 4 subdistricts (tambon ), which further into 45 villages ( Muban ) are divided.

There are also four " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations).
