The station Buffalo - Depew, also Buffalo, NY ( Depew ) ( abbreviated: BUF ) is a personal and operational railway station in Depew in the U.S. state of New York. He is about 12.6 kilometers east of Buffalo on the Empire Corridor, the rail link New York City - Albany - Buffalo. The station is served daily from eight Amtrak passenger trains that travel to Chicago, Toronto, Boston and New York. The ridership is just under 100,000 passengers per year.

The station has two continuous center rails and two external sidings, which has only the south over a platform. As reception building is a contemporary, simple one-story low-rise building. The station replaced 1979, the Buffalo Central Terminal 8.7 km further west, which had become too big and too expensive, given the decline in ridership.

In contrast to Buffalo's inner city railway station Exchange Street Depew is served not only by the trains to Toronto and New York City, but also to Chicago and Boston. This results in the situation that the suburb Depew train has more than Buffalo itself too ridership is four times higher than at the Exchange Street.
