Buhler's coryphomys

Coryphomys buehleri ​​is an extinct rodent species from the group of Altweltmäuse ( Murinae ).

From this rodent only subfossil fragments are known to date, which were discovered in limestone caves in Indonesian West Timor. It was a great representative of Altweltmäuse with an eye-catching pattern on the molars. It was closely florensis with the also extinct species Spelaeomys who lived on Flores, related.
