Bulabog-Putian-Nationalpark

The Bulabog - Putian National Park is located on the island of Panay in the Philippines. It was established on 14 June 1961, entry into force of Decree 760 on an area of ​​8.54 km ² in the province of Iloilo.

The National Park is located about 40 km north of Iloilo City on the municipalities of Dingle and San Enrique in a hilly terrain. The vegetation is determined by an evergreen rain forest, as it has become rare in the lowland areas on the island of Panay today.

In the National Park are 37 caves, the Filipino resistance fighters served as a refuge in the Spanish colonial era. In a cave engravings and a written document were found, which can still be seen today.
