Bulk reading

The bulk detection is used to detect the objects of the logistics cost without causing separation in logistic processes automatically.

Be used for the identification of so-called tags, which are read without contact via radio. A suitable protocol provides to address tags individually and programmed individually. The time required increases with a higher number of tags, but is generally less than one second.

The advantage of streamlined acquisition is paid for by the disadvantage that the reading system needs to know the expected number of objects before ( as opposed to the barcode). The reason is that a reader can indeed detect when a tag in the RF field, but not in principle, that a day does not exist. The greater the number of tags in the RF field, the higher the probability that a tag is not recognized by interference shielding effects or unfavorable orientation of the antenna.

Other important concepts are the same: Bulk - reading, multi tag reading, multiple detection
