Bulla Regia

Bulla Regia was an ancient city in the Roman province of Africa proconsularis (now Hammam Daradji in Tunisia, about 170 kilometers from Tunis ).

A settlement existed at the site of the later Bulla in the fertile Bagradas valley in prehistoric times. It later belonged to the sphere of influence of the Carthaginians, who had passed the Numidian king Masinissa Bulla shortly before the Third Punic War.
