Bulldog breeds

Bulldog is a generic term for small to medium sized stocky Molosser with most, powerful build.

Forefather is the old British breed (English) Bulldog, which is referred to in Germany as the English Bulldog. The name comes from the fact that this breed was originally bred in order to rush in the Bull biting on bulls.

In the 19th century was added the French Bulldog ( Bully '). Since 1970, there are numerous activities for the rearing of new Bulldog variants or races worldwide.

Torment breeding

According to the Humane Society of the United States, the English Bulldog is an example of extreme genetic manipulation. The result is that the bulldog with eye and ear problems, skin infections, respiratory difficulties, immune and neurological problems and disabilities of the musculoskeletal system is charged significantly more than any other race. Their average life span is six years. Other dogs of this size are easily 10 to 15 years old.
