Bumbar

The Bumbar ( serb. for bumblebee ) is an anti-tank missile from Serbian production. It was introduced at the Serb forces in 2006. The basis for the development of Bumbar the French Eryx anti-tank weapon.

The ground -to-ground anti-tank system Bumbar is a wire- steered, portable missile system short-range anti-tank. Bumbar battleground was designed for the urban. It can be fired from enclosed spaces. It is designed for distances between 50 and 600 meters and can almost not be disturbed by electronic countermeasures. The missile flight time to a distance of 600 m is 4.8 seconds. The warhead consists of a tandem shaped charge and has a penetration capacity of over 1,000 mm RHA.
