Bumboat

As Bumboot ( from engl. Bumboat ) refers to a small boat dealers for the supply of larger, lying at anchor ships. Originally the name referred to the boat a skinner. The name comes from the Dutch word may " boomschuit " ( " tree boat " ) for a dugout canoe, which was later named and Dutch vessels.

In Singapore bumboat refers to small water taxis and boats for short tourist trips.

From the mid term Bumboot initiated from the 19th century, the Arab dance music style Bambutiyya, which was created in Port Said and other port cities along the Suez Canal for the entertainment of sailors and its leading melodic instrument to date, the lyre Simsimiyya has remained.
