The Young Entrepreneurs - BJU are an association for young families and business owners. He is organizationally The family business to business association - ASU affiliated and was founded in 1950 as the Federal Association of Young Entrepreneurs.

Organization

The association is divided into a federal level, ten areas of the country and 46 regional circuits. Seat of the federal office is in Berlin. In addition to the economic policy advocacy, it promotes the entrepreneurial exchange spot and offers specialist seminars.

National chairman is the managing director of a Bremen packaging company Lencke Wischhusen. Federal Vice Presidents are Sebastian von Waldow, Kai Teute, Horst Ingmar Kilian and Fabian Freiberg. Chief Executive Albrecht von der Hagen. Association members are entrepreneurs aged up to 40 years. They come from different industries and are owner or shareholder of a company.

Projects

The 1980 education project launched in student executive chair should give young people a vivid picture of entrepreneurship and corporate everyday life. It takes place as a competition among high school students. Students accompany a contractor for a whole day. Here they learn the company and its employees are aware of and experience the normal business life. About their practice day students write essays that are evaluated by a regional jury. So far in the project nationwide over 1500 students participated. The project is one of the winners of the 2009 competition 365 Landmarks in the Land of Ideas, which is under the patronage of the German President.

Since 2007, the association organizes an annual project page also change in order to promote the exchange of substantive politics and business. Positions
