Bures-sur-Yvette

Bures- sur -Yvette is a commune with 9676 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Essonne in the Ile- de -France region. The inhabitants call themselves Buressois.

Geography

Bures- sur -Yvette located 23 kilometers southwest of Paris and 1.7 kilometers northwest of Les Ulis. Through the town flows the .. Yvette Bures- sur -Yvette consists of the villages of La Guyonnerie in the north, the west and La Hacquinière Montjay in the south.

History
