The number of reports from property owners whose land was sold illegally through the city, however, is in the low double digits. OB Jung has acted and several employees of the Legislative Affairs Office on leave. Moreover, it was called a special project " Legal Representatives " launched by young, the working up of all the events of disposals supposedly unclaimed property. As a neutral person of trust for owners of illegal properties sold a former president of the Federal Administrative Court was appointed. Who will work closely with the Special Project.

In the meantime, victims have also been compensated by the city administration. The media coverage of the events on sale supposedly orphan houses has sometimes also adopted strange traits. So a journalist was from the German Press Council issued a disapproval, because he did not shrink in the course of his research to try to set a town hall employee with the following statement under pressure: "I am writing now at a Spiegel article. And I do not think you want it to be the main person, right? "
