Burlington is a town in the eastern part of the U.S. state of Colorado, located approximately 20 km from the border with Kansas. At the time of the census of 2000, Burlington had 3678 inhabitants. History

The first houses of the village originated in 1887 by mistake about a mile west of the modern village.
