The parliamentary elections in Burundi in 2010 for the election of members of the National Assembly of Burundi took place in the central African Burundi on 23 July 2010. Due to the obvious vote-rigging in the municipal elections in the same year the main opposition parties boycotted these elections as well as the immediately preceding presidential elections in Burundi in 2010.

The ruling party National Council for the Defense of Democracy - Forces for the Defense of Democracy ( NCDD -FDD ) of the former President Pierre Nkurunziza reached under these circumstances, 81 of the 106 available seats of the National Assembly, the party Union for National Progress ( UPRONA ) 17 seats. A smaller party gained another 5 seats, while three seats were reserved for the ethnic minority of Twa. According to official figures, 67% of eligible voters participated in the elections.
