Bush (1916 automobile)

Bush was an American automobile brand. The company was from 1916 to 1925 in Chicago (Illinois ) resident.

Since June 1915 John H. Bush wrote potential automotive customers, praised them the new Bush - in 4 - or 6 -cylinder version - and sent brochures about his - by then not yet existing - cars. If a customer showed interest, Bush demanded cash in advance and gave the order together with the money to him known automobile manufacturers continue that simply took the next appropriate copy of their production, sided with "Bush " company signs and sent to the customer.

Such producers as Sphinx in New York City, Piedmont Motor Car Company in Lynchburg, Virginia or Norwalk Motor Car Company in Martinsburg, West Virginia. So Bush sold a number of cars and named ( without consultation ) the customer just obtained as a reference. Great success was not granted to him, but his financial commitment was through the prepayments also correspondingly low.

Beginning of the 1920s gave most of his business partner to the automotive and manufacturing new was not Bush. Thus, the business eventually went dead after 1925 was nothing more to hear from the company.
