Buyeo languages

The Buyeo languages are a hypothetical language family, which summarizes the languages of the ancient kingdom of Goguryeo, Baekje Buyeo and the Korean peninsula into a single unit. This is based mainly on Chinese sources, which described all of these languages as very similar - as these are, however, occupies only fragmentary, the evidence of the existence of this language family is difficult.

The hypothesis is so interesting because all these languages have certain similarities with the Old Japanese, which is why some researchers speak of a Japanese - Koguryo language family. This would indirectly questioning the existence of also hypothetical language family of Altaic languages in question, as the Buyeo languages are explicitly defined by the language of the kingdom of Silla, and thus the old Korean.
