Bydgoszcz County
The powiat Bydgoski is a powiat ( county ) in the Polish province of Kujawy. The county has an area of 1394.80 km ² which 100,000 inhabitants live. It is almost identical to the historic county of Bromberg.
History
The powiat Bydgoski belonged from 1920 to March 31, 1938 to the Province Posen and came as part of a regional reorganization on 1 April 1938, the then United Province of Pomerania.

The powiat includes eight municipalities, of which two urban and rural communities whose main places have the municipal law, and six rural communities.
