C SEED 201

The C SEED is a 201 -inch big screen TV for outdoor use, designed by Porsche Design Studio.

History

The engineers of C SEED Entertainment Systems have the C SEED designed in cooperation with the Porsche Design Studio. The development took four years. Since 2011, the C SEED 201 is on the market and won the red dot design award " Best of the Best 2012" in the Product Design category.

The company C SEED Entertainment Systems is one in Vienna, Austria registered company and part of the Global Bright Group, which was founded in 2004 by Alexander Swatek and Edouardo Saint Julien- Wallsee. Global Bright LED technology provides for events both indoors and outdoors such as Formula 1 racing, Cannes Film Festival, Berlinale, public viewing, rock concerts etc.

TV features

The C SEED TV consists of a 4.6 m high column which can be stowed away in an underground shaft, if it is not used. With the built- lift system, the C SEED reaches its full height in 15 seconds. With the kinematic system, the 7 LED Panäle unfold over the next 25 seconds and the 11m2 large screen. The Panäle form a seamless surface on the high-resolution images are displayed even in direct sunlight.

The sound system includes 6 full-range speakers for the left and right audio channels 3 and subwoofer for low frequencies. The speakers deliver sound without distortion in any weather.

In the heart of the TV system is the multi-source media server that sends the image and audio data to the screen. The system is based on Windows 7

The system is equipped with a wind, temperature and laser sensor to prevent damage by external influences.

To prevent unauthorized access, the remote control is equipped with a fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint identification can be used to change the position of the screen.
