C2C (group)

C2C (acronym for Coup 2 Cross) is a French DJ collective, which was founded in 1998. The group includes 20Syl and Greem of Hocus Pocus, as well as nuclear and Pfel by Beat Torrent.

Band History

20Syl, Greem, Atom and Pfel met during their time at school in Nantes by their passion for skateboarding know. They formed in 1998 C2C. The first of these was chiefly oriented towards contests, so C2C won from 2003 to 2006 four years in a row the World Cup DJ Disco Mix Club. In 2006, the band won the World Championships of the ITF. According to statements of Pfel they came through the competitions to " a point at which [they] wanted to make a real album, instead of working only on competition - sets ". Due to the respective bands of various DJs began work on the album until the year 2010. On 23 January 2012, the first EP of the band, Down the Road EP was released, followed on September 3, 2012 ( written Tetr4 ) Album Tetra followed.

On October 19, 2012 C2C were announced as a winner of the European Border Breakers Award 2013.
