Cabanossi

Cabanossi (plural ) (also Kabanos (singular ), Kabanossi ( plural) or Cabanos (singular ) ) are thin elongated and cut resistant raw sausages from finely chopped beef and pork with clearly identifiable bacon. They are spicy and contain various spices, including paprika, pepper, salt and garlic. They have a characteristic reddish color, which mainly comes from the peppers addition, their taste is very spicy and mostly dominated by garlic and pepper.

Name
