Cabinet of the Czechoslovak government-in-exile

The government in January Sramek I. was the first government of the Czechoslovak government in exile during the occupation of Czechoslovakia in World War II in London, which was appointed by President Edvard Beneš and passed on July 21, 1940 to April 5, 1945 in two periods of office of Prime Minister Jan Sramek.

The government in January Sramek I was formally a continuation of the Czechoslovak National Committee in 1939 and was in office from July 21, 1940 to November 12, 1942 in London (small personnel changes were on July 18, 1941 and October 27, 1941 performed). It was followed by Jan Sramek II government
