Caddo Parish, Louisiana

The Caddo Parish (French: Paroisse de Caddo ) is a parish located in the U.S. state of Louisiana. In 2010, the Parish had 254 969 inhabitants and a population density of 111.6 inhabitants per square kilometer. The administrative headquarters ( Parish Seat) is Shreveport, named after the explorer Henry Miller Shreve.

History
