Caeroesi

The Caeroser or Case roses (Latin Caerosi, Caeroesi, Ceroesi, Cerosi ) was a Celto - Germanic tribe that settled in BC Eifel-Ardennes region in the 1st century.

The presence of such a strain has so far not been proven archaeologically. The stem is 57 BC by Gaius Julius Caesar in De Bello Gallico mentioned together with the Eburons, the Condrusern and Paemanern as one of four left bank of German tribes, who provided an array of a total of 40,000 armed men in the war of Belger.
