Cagraray Iceland is a Philippine island in the province of Albay. Cagraray Iceland is managed by the city of Tabaco City and the Greater Municipality of Bacacay. On the island there are two barangays of Tabaco City's 21 barangays and Bacacays, they are described as a village in 2007 and had a combined population of 30 454 people. The population living mainly from fishing, are found in the coastal plains and smaller agricultural areas.

Geography

Cagraray Iceland is located about 3 km off the coast of the Bicol Peninsula and separates along with Rapu Rapu -, San Miguel, Guinangayan and Batan Iceland the Gulf of Lagonoy from the Gulf of Albay in the western Philippine Sea. The island has the form of the anvil, which is aligned in a north-south direction. The topography of the island is characterized by a hilly terrain, which rises in the interior of the island to more than 250 meters above sea level and has gradients which can reach 50 % slope. The coastline of about 15 km long and 9 km wide island is dominated by sand and gravel beaches and basalt formations. The vegetation of the island is a partial dense tropical rain forest vegetation, which has a very original character.

Ferry to the island is made up from the port of Legazpi City and Bacacay. The crossing takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
