Çäkçäk

Tschäk - Tschäk (Russian Чак - чак, Tatar чәк - чәк, Bashkir сәк - сәк ) is a dessert which is widespread in the kitchens of various Turkic peoples, particularly the Tatar and Bashkir cuisine. Tschäk - Tschäk is made from a soft dough of wheat flour and raw eggs, which are formed into short, thin sticks. These are fried and then doused with a hot mass on the basis of honey. Served Tschäk - Tschäk as a dessert along with coffee or tea.
