The community of Caledonia is located near Racine near the Lake Michigan. The coordinates are 42.807778 ° N, 87.924167 ° W. The city has an area of 117.66 km ².
Caledonia is located between the cities of Chicago and Milwaukee and also in the metropolitan Milwaukee.
History
Caledonia originated from the earlier cities Franksville, Thompsonville and Kilbornville. The oldest church in Caledonia, St. Louis Church, was built in 1903.

Caledonia is located near Interstate 94 and Interstate 43 and close to the International Airport in Milwaukee and Chicago. Some smaller local airports such as the Batten International Airport are also in the vicinity.
