California Golden Seals

The California Golden Seals ( IPA: [ si ː kælɨfɔrnjə ɡoʊl.dən ls ] ) were a professional ice hockey team in the National Hockey League ( NHL), who played from 1967 to 1976 in Oakland under the name California Seals and Oakland Seals. From 1976 to 1978, she still played as Cleveland Barons.

History

When the NHL announced in 1966 after the time of the " Original Six " league for the 1967/68 season to expand to six teams, including two teams from California should be there.
