Calum Elliot

Calum Elliot ( born March 30, 1987 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish football player. He plays in the first division Lithuanian Zalgiris Vilnius VMFD.

Career

Elliot grew up in the south west of Edinburgh, where he attended the Bonaly Primary School and Firrhill High School. In 2004, he signed a professional contract with Heart of Midlothian. In the 2004/05 season against Inverness Thistle Elliot was his debut for Hearts. In December 2005, Elliot shot in the 5-0 win over FC Falkirk his first goal for Hearts, becoming the youngest at 18 years scorer in the Hearts of all time. 2006 Elliot was a surprise loan for six months to FC Motherwell. 2008, the Scot moved on loan to FC Livingston. There he was awarded in September as Young Player of the Month Scottish Football League, as he met in his first four league games five times and prepared a goal.

Elliot played so far in Scotland U -19 and U- 21st In 2007 he took part in Canada at the Junior World Cup in 2007.
