Camberley is a town in Surrey, situated about 48 km southwest of central London, in a corridor, which is formed from the M3 and M4 motorways. It has about 30,000 inhabitants. Local attractions include the Surrey Heath Museum. The actress Judith Furse (1912-1974) was born in Camberley.

In Camberley there was the General Staff Academy ( Staff College ), such as Yitzhak Rabin in the years 1953/54, completed a one-year course at the. The Academy was founded in 1801 and began in 1945 with the training of staff officers of the Commonwealth and other states.
