Camden is an American city and the county seat ( county seat ) in Ouachita County in the U.S. state of Arkansas. It has about 12,500 inhabitants ( as of 2004). The metropolitan area has a size of 42.6 km ².
Camden is part of the socio-economic region Ark- La -Tex, which includes parts of the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
