Campitello

Campitello ( Corsican: Campitellu ) is a municipality with 115 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) on the French island of Corsica. It is the main town ( chef -lieu ) of the Canton of Alto -di- Casaconi.

The mountain village is located at about 560 m above sea level, 450 meters above the left bank of the river Golo, and is connected by road links with Bigorno in the west and in the east Volpajola.
