Canada Fed Cup team

The Canadian Fed Cup team is the national team of Tennis Canada, which is used in the Fed Cup. The Fed Cup (until 1995 Federation Cup ) is the most important competition for national teams in women's tennis, similar to the Davis Cup for the men.

History

For the first time Canada took part in the 1963 Fed Cup. The best result was reaching the quarterfinals in 1964, 1967, 1987 and 1988
