Canchim

The Canchim cattle are a breed of cattle from Central Brazil.

The breed originated from a cross between Indian Zebu and Charolais cattle, which were respectively introduced in the 18th century to Brazil.

Zebu cattle are better adapted to the Brazilian climate than the highly productive European cattle breeds.
