Candice Swanepoel

Candice Swanepoel ( born October 20, 1988 in Mooi River, Natal ) is a South African model.

Life and career

Candice Swanepoel grew up in the small South African village Mooi River on a dairy and beef farm. She attended boarding school for girls St Anne 's College. Candice Swanepoel was discovered at a flea market in Durban at the age of 15 years by a model scout. Since 2007 she is a Victoria's Secret model and acts in American underwear show Victoria 's Secret Fashion Show with, one of the most popular shows on U.S. television. In October 2013, it was the Royal Fantasy Bra by Victoria 's Secret worth ten million dollars.

Swanepoel was featured on the cover of the German edition of Elle (June 2008), the Greek edition of Vogue (October 2005), the Italian edition of Vogue (February 2011) and in the U.S. on the cover of Ocean Drive ( November 2009). On the catwalk she was responsible for Trussardi, Diane von Furstenberg, Dolce & Gabbana and Tommy Hilfiger.

Candice Swanepoel is in a relationship with Brazilian model Hermann Nicoli, whom she met at age 17 in Paris.
