Canton of Charmes
The Canton of Charmes is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Epinal, in the department of Vosges in the Lorraine region; its chief town is charm, Representative to the General Council of the department is (re-elected most recently in 2008 ) since 1976 Gilbert Didierjean ( first PS, now DVD).
Geography
The Canton of Charmes is 16,816 acres ( 168.16 km ²) in size and had (2006) 12,313 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 73 inhabitants per km ².
