Canton of Évreux-Ouest

The Canton Évreux -Ouest is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Evreux, in Eure and in the Haute -Normandie; its chief town is Évreux, Representative to the General Council of the department since 2001, Gérard Silighini.

Geography

The Canton Évreux -Ouest is 5,300 acres (53 km ²) in size and had (1999) 18 123 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 145 inhabitants per km ².
