Canton of Morez
Morez is a canton in the French Jura. It includes nine municipalities; Capital is Morez. On 1 January 2007 Tancua was incorporated into Morbier. Representatives in the conseil général of the department since 2004, François Godin.
The Morez Valley is particularly well known for its numerous medium-sized companies in the optical industry. This particular versions are produced and refined.
