Canton of Orange-Est

The Canton of Orange -Est is a French administrative unit for the district of Avignon, in the Vaucluse region of Provence -Alpes- Côte d' Azur region. Capital is orange. Representative of the General Council of the department since 2004, Marie- Claude Bompard ( first FN, now Ligue du Sud).

The canton is 142.15 km ² and has 27 218 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 192 inh. / Km ².
