Canton of Rouen

The cantons are French Rouen administrative units in the arrondissement of Rouen, in Seine- Maritime and in the Haute -Normandie; the main town in all cantons is Rouen. Overall, the city of Rouen is divided into seven cantons.

Geography

The cantons Rouen together 2,138 hectares ( 21.38 km ²) in size and have (2006) 107 904 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 5047 inhabitants per km ². They are on average at 10 meters above sea level, between 2 m and up to 152 m each in the city of Rouen.
