Canton of Villers-Bocage, Somme
The Canton of Villers -Bocage is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Amiens, the Somme and in the Picardie region; its chief town is Villers -Bocage. Representatives of the General Council of the department since 1992 Christian Manable (PS).
Geography
The Canton of Villers- Bocage is 19,028 acres ( 190.28 km ²) in size and has 12,386 inhabitants (as of 1999), which corresponds to a population density of 65 inhabitants per km ². He is on average 92 m high, between 20 m in Saint- Vaast -en- Chaussée and 154 m in Talma.
