Cao Song

Cao Song (Chinese曹 嵩, Pinyin Cao Song, W.-G. Ts'ao Sung; Zì巨 高, Jùgāo, Chii - kao, † 193 ) was the adopted son of the eunuch Cao Teng and father of the Chinese warlord Cao Cao. Legend has it that he had also adopted him, and that Cao Cao's previous name was Xiahou gelautet. This story reinforces the bond of Xiahou and Cao family, especially Xiahou Yuan's wife was said to be a step-sister Cao Cao. Both legends are not confirmed.

Cao Song was killed on tour of Tao Qian, what Cao Cao led a campaign in which he brought Tao Qian's entire power range under his control.
