Cao Xiong

Cao Xiong (Chinese曹 熊, Pinyin Cao Xiong, W.-G. Ts'ao Hsiung; * 195, † 220) was a son of Chinese warlord Cao Cao.

His mother was Cao Cao's second wife Bian. He died young, but the cause of death is not recorded in historical documents.

In the history of the Three Kingdoms, a novel by Luo Guanzhong, Cao Xiong shall be punished by his older brother Cao Pi because he did not appear at her father's funeral. He hanged himself.

Him the title of Prince Huai was posthumously awarded 234 by Xiao, and his son inherited the title.
