Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Launch Complex 3
Cape Canaveral AFS Launch Complex 3 (LC -3) is a disused start ramp of the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Merritt Iceland, Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA.
1950 found from here, the first rocket launches at Cape Canaveral instead. We tested the Bumper rocket, captured German A4 rocket with a Corporal upper stage.
In the 1950s took off from LC-3 test flights for the Bomarc ground - to-ground missile and the X -17 rocket. On January 17 In 1958, LC -3 is also one of the first Polaris missile on a test mission.
